2022 Eviction Moratorium Updates
Are you currently still owing rent to your landlord because you were affected by the pandemic? Are you wondering what next steps to take now that the Washington state Governor’s eviction moratoriums and protections have expired? Join Solid Ground Tenant Counselors as they provide an update on what protections are in place to keep tenants housed, and discuss the new laws set in place to protect tenants. The presentation will focus on King County and City of Seattle residents. A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center will also be on hand to help answer questions.
