Access Bus Rides (King County)
Solid Ground Transportation provides curb-to-curb and door-to-door transportation for eligible people who can’t ride the regular King County Metro bus system. We offer rides 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You request the ride, and you’ll be grouped together with riders going to similar places at similar times.
Eligibility
To find out if you qualify for Metro Access services, call the Metro Access Eligibility & Registration Office at 206.263.3113 or go to the Metro Access website.
Scheduling
If you’re eligible, you can schedule rides through the Metro Access Ride Line at 206.205.5000 or the Find-A-Ride website. These help people with special transportation needs, case managers, and agencies find transportation in the Central Puget Sound Region.
