Support housing stability by transcribing tenant voicemails, entering data, and connecting renters to vital community resources.
About Tenant Services
Tenant Services provides education to renters in the Seattle area and the surrounding areas of King County on their rights and responsibilities, and those of the landlord. Tenant Services offers a voice message line where callers leave a voicemail detailing the issues they need support to manage. The voice message line is open Mondays and Thursdays from 10:30am to 1:30pm, except on holidays. We receive 150 to 200 calls per month, providing crucial support to every caller with up-to-date rental laws, community resources, housing stability options, and eviction assistance—all essential components of our program.
