Help coordinate a supply drive for our Solid Ground residents and participants!
Supply Drive Coordinator Volunteer Position
Organize a supply drive to support our participants and residents (individuals and families who formerly experienced homelessness). Pick from one of our current projects, and work with your friends or coworkers to collect specific items like pajamas for our young residents, move-in supplies to welcome participants into their new homes, or activity kits for our youth! Steps to Volunteer as a Supply Drive Coordinator
1) Complete the online One-Time Volunteer Intake Form and have any of your friends/coworkers who are volunteering also fill out one.
2) Email our Volunteer Coordinator, Carol-Ann, at Volunteers@solid-ground.org and make a plan for coordinating items, delivery or drop-off, and details about your specific drive.
3) Complete a Donation Drive Volunteer Report and include a copy with each donation.
4) Keep track of your team’s donations on the In-Kind Charitable Contribution Form. Please provide us with as much detail as possible (Example: 10 pairs of kids’ pajamas from Amazon, value $100). This will help us keep accurate records and we can send you an in-kind donation acknowledgement after the donation is received.
