We just added up our harvest total for April – 230 pounds. In April of 2009, we harvested just 15 pounds of produce, so this represents a 1,433% increase!
Asparagus – 15 pounds
Chives – 18 pounds
Oregano – 92 pounds
Parsley – 16 pounds
Radishes – 8 pounds
Rhubarb – 3 pounds
Thyme – 78 pounds
