About RAP/Coordinated Entry & Diversion/Path to Home Services at Solid Ground
Solid Ground’s RAP (Regional Access Point) program serves households experiencing homelessness in King County and/or fleeing domestic violence. We support these families and individuals in two key ways:
- We schedule and complete a Coordinated Entry Assessment to capture each household’s information in the HMIS (Homelessness Management Information System) shared by agencies across King County.
- We provide diversion move-in assistance for families and individuals who have found and been approved for a unit but haven’t yet moved in or signed a lease.
We work from our RAP Intake Line list to serve households.
