In-Kind Donations

Families who stay in Solid Ground’s Broadview Shelter & Transitional Housing are all healing from domestic violence (DV) and homelessness. Broadview can house 31 families at a time, and they stay at Broadview from 6 weeks up to a year. Families receive housing, access to resources to meet their basic needs, housing search and legal support, and children’s programming. We constantly need supplies to help Broadview families foster a sense of independence and empowerment.

Every Wednesday, Solid Ground offers walk-in office hours to support community members facing housing instability. This time provides a vital opportunity for people to access one-on-one guidance, advocacy, and resources to help them stay housed or navigate the path to stable housing. To create a welcoming environment and meet basic needs during often stressful visits, we’re seeking donations of snacks and bottled water for guests. Your support helps ensure everyone who walks through our doors feels cared for and supported.
