FREE IMMUNIZATION CLINIC

WHAT: Stop by to get all vaccinations required by schools for kids and teens ages 6 months to 18 years. Bring your child’s vaccination record if available and their insurance card if you have insurance. Free vaccines are available for all youth up to age 18 regardless of insurance. Registration encouraged but not required.

WHAT: Are you unable to make your rent this month? Curious about what you can do? Join Solid Ground tenant counselors along with legal advisors for a better understanding of what rights you have if you can’t pay your rent – and what comes next.

FREE LEGAL HELP

WHAT: Volunteer attorneys from the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington (LBAW) and the community, along with volunteer interpreters, provide free 30-minute consultations on topics such as immigration, personal injury, worker’s rights, family law, and more. Availability depends on attorney expertise at each clinic.
Space is limited. Consultations are first-come, first-served in-person, and there’s no guarantee of being seen due to high demand and specific legal matters.

FREE & LOW-COST VETERINARY CARE
WHEN: Various dates and times. See below.
WHAT: Seattle Veterinary Outreach, Washington Health Outreach, and Doney Coe Pet Clinic provide veterinary care for free or at a reduced cost to the pets of people experiencing homelessness and or living on low incomes.
Veterinary care is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Pet owners are encouraged to arrive early to secure a place in line.
Services are reserved for those experiencing homelessness or living with a low income, which is verified at clinics. Pet owners should bring their SNAP, EBT, WIC, SSI, or TANF cards. Alternatively, a letter confirming that the pet owner is living in subsidized housing or receiving housing vouchers is also acceptable.

FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR KIDS
WHEN: Starting Wednesday, June 25, 2025
WHERE: Parks, schools, community centers, and other locations across King County. See the 2025 Summer Meals Site List for locations in Seattle and the Free Summer Meals Site Finder for locations elsewhere in King County.
WHAT: The Summer Meals Program is serving free and healthy breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon snacks for children and teens up to age 18 at sites across King County this summer. No need to register or sign up in advance – just stop by and get a meal. Family with children who take advantage of the Summer Meals Program can save up to $247 per child over the course of the summer.

PAID SUMMER LEARNING FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
WHEN: July 7 – August 15, 2025, Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm. Apply ASAP.
WHAT: The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle’s Summer University Program is a six-week program designed to keep high school students engaged and learning during the summer months to prevent summer learning loss. Students meet for six hours every weekday to engage in topics such as entrepreneurship, STEM, youth and politics, and health and wellness, culinary arts, and more. Breakfast and lunch will be served daily, and students who complete the program may be eligible for a $600 stipend.

HELP KEEPING KIDS FED THIS SUMMER
WHEN: Applications accepted through August 2025
WHAT: Low-income parents will have a little extra help keeping their kids fed this summer thanks to the SUN Bucks program, also known as Summer EBT. The program provides a one-time payment of $120 for each eligible child.
Many children are enrolled automatically – if your children are, you will be notified starting in June 2025. If your child is not automatically enrolled, you can submit an online SUN Bucks application.
