April is Volunteer Appreciation Month! Please join us to celebrate our Community Food Education Adult & Family Education volunteers!
We’ll cook a meal together just as we would in an AFE class. Feel free to drop in at any time, and stay as long as you’d like! Even if you haven’t volunteered with us in a while, or are a brand new volunteer, we would love for you to join.
Our Adult and Family Education team (Laura and Tasha) as well as our Volunteer Coordinator (Julie) will be present to be in community with our volunteers and answer any questions you may have! This will be held in the Cheryl Cobbs Murphy Room on the first floor of the building.
There is some visitor parking on the backside of the building; to access the parking lot turn left on Woodlawn Pl N. There is also plenty of street parking near the building, as well as bus route 44 for public transportation.
