- Broadview Shelter provides a safe haven for homeless mothers with children at a secure location. Families also receive case management, children's programs, domestic violence and addictions support groups, parenting classes and housing search assistance.
- Family Shelter and Bethlehem House serve homeless families and single parent households (headed by men or women). These programs provide furnished transitional housing, support servies, comprehensive case management and housing search assistance.
- Housing Counseling counsels homeowners and tenants at risk of losing their homes due to eviction and foreclosure, including help negotiating with lenders and landlords. We also offer pre-purchase counseling for homebuyers and reverse mortgage counseling.
- King County Housing Stability offers one-time loans and grants for renters and homeowners at risk of eviction or foreclosure due to short-term financial trouble. We also help homeless people with the costs of moving into permanent housing.
- JourneyHome provides long-term case management for homeless families with children under 18 yeaers old to help them address the reasons they became homeless. We provide support services, comprehensive case management, assistance finding safe, permanent housing and limited transition-in-place subsidies.
- Sand Point Community Housing provides critically needed housing and support services for homeless families.
