If you provide care for a sick friend or loved one, an elderly relative, partner or friend with AIDS, cancer, or some other disabling condition, these caregiver tips (in .pdf format) can provide emotional support, practical help, and a sense of community.
Please visit the Health Cares Exchange Initiative's web site whose mission is to create supportive inclusive networks for caregivers, including AIDS caregivers, in diversely affected geographic areas and then foster information and personnel exchanges between them. HCEI works to encourage caregiver collaboration, enhance community-based care, and educate caregivers about stress management.
