WHAT:
Please join Solid Ground’s Anti-Racism Initiative for an engaging, provocative community forum. We will screen and discuss the short film, Place Matters — part of the seven-part documentary series, UNNATURAL CAUSES… is inequality making us sick? This acclaimed PBS documentary series tackles the root causes of the alarming socio-economic and racial disparities in health in the U.S. Refreshments and childcare will be provided.

As part of our Anti-Racism Initiative (ARI), Solid Ground sponsors several anti-racism community events a year to provide information, raise awareness and mobilize action to undo racism and remove barriers preventing the full participation of people of color in our society. Events include community forums, panel discussions and film screenings and discussions.
