In 2007, more than 4,500 volunteers provided over 500,000 hours of support to Solid Ground programs. Solid Ground has more than 25 different programs that rely on volunteers. We can accommodate any schedule or commitment length. Please join our fabulous volunteer team!

• RSVP: Volunteer opportunities for people 55 and older in Seattle and King County.
• AmeriCorps & VISTA: Solid Ground coordinates more than 100 National Service positions in Seattle and King County, which offer a modest monthly stipend and an educational award upon completion of a year of service.
