Capitol Campaign fundraising goal met!
In early 2012, we met our fundraising goal for the On Solid Ground at Sand Point Capitol Campaign. Brettler Family Place and the Lowry Community Center are built, completing Stage 1 of the campaign, and ending homelessness for 51 families. Stage 2 creates 20 additional housing units for families, as well as 34 units for single men and women, including veterans, seniors and people living with disabilities. Thanks to many generous people and institutions in our community who helped us meet our $30 million goal! See a list of our Capital Campaign Donors here.

From I-5 NORTH or SOUTH:

• Take the NE 45^th Street exit off of I-5, driving NORTH or SOUTH.
• Drive EAST on NE 45^th Street.
• Turn LEFT onto NE 45^th Street / Montlake Blvd. NE. Continue to follow NE 45^th Street.
• Stay STRAIGHT to go onto SAND POINT WAY NE.
• At NE 65^th Street, turn RIGHT into Magnuson Park.
• Take the first LEFT onto 62^nd Avenue NE.
• Park in the first parking lot you come to on the RIGHT.
• Walk down the center stairs between the two Brettler Family Place buildings to the Lowry Community Center.
